About the Event
The 2026 Great Ethiopian Run is a 10 km road race in Addis Ababa on 22 November. Its organiser also runs an official Run For A Cause campaign. We help charities, clubs and donor groups turn participation into a well-prepared team programme with clear fundraising goals and practical local support.

Planning Your Participation
- Agree your charity purpose, participant profile and fundraising arrangements before promoting the programme.
- Allow arrival and acclimatisation time before race day; coordinate race-pack collection and transport around organiser instructions.
- Build in recovery time and, where suitable, separately agreed community visits or a programme extension.
How We Support You
- Coordinate charity-team arrival briefings, race-day transfers and an agreed regrouping point after the run.
- Briefing and planning for altitude, varying fitness levels and practical support requirements.
- Coordination of agreed charity or community activities with consent and realistic expectations.
