Programme Enquiries

Active Ethiopia uses the contact and programme details you provide to assess your enquiry, communicate with you and prepare requested services. Please avoid including passport copies, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive documents in this initial form.

How Your Information Reaches Us

The email option prepares a message in your selected email account. It is sent only when you send it. If direct submission is available, the form sends the enquiry through our email delivery provider to partner@activeethiopia.com. A confirmation is shown only after the delivery service accepts it. The website does not save enquiry content to its event database.

Use and Sharing

Information may be shared with the people and service providers needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver an agreed programme. We do not use enquiry details to enrol you in a newsletter without your agreement. Email and hosting providers process information as part of providing their services.

Your Requests

Contact partner@activeethiopia.com to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or discuss deletion. Some records may need to be retained for an agreed contract or legal obligation.
