This website provides programme-planning information. An enquiry, suggested route or event listing does not confirm availability, a booking, accreditation or permission to enter a location.

Your Programme Agreement

Before a booking is confirmed, we agree the services, price, currency, payment schedule, responsibilities and applicable cancellation terms in writing. Your accepted programme agreement governs the services commissioned. Please request these terms before paying or committing to arrangements.

Third-Party Events

Events are organised by the bodies identified on their programme pages. Listings do not imply a partnership. Admission, accreditation, agenda changes and official participation remain with the organiser.

Changes and Feasibility

Routes, flights, local access and services must be checked for the proposed dates. We discuss changes and responsibilities with your team within the programme agreement.
