About the Event
Lidet celebrates the Nativity of Christ. Prayer, liturgy and family hospitality give the feast its character, with traditions varying between receiving communities. Plan a respectful cultural or pilgrimage programme around the 7 January 2027 calendar date.
For: Pilgrimage leaders, tour operators and institutions planning Nativity journeys with time for worship and local welcome.
Planning Your Participation
- Agree a receiving community and a programme suited to your group’s faith tradition, interests and mobility.
- Prepare your group for local worship, early starts and the Nativity observance.
- Discuss respectful dress, photography, walking, crowd conditions and participant support with local hosts.
How We Support You
- Plan vigil timings, overnight church attendance and rest with your group leader and receiving church.
These are programme-planning options, not an official organiser itinerary. We agree the scope, feasibility and quotation with your team.
